I've been struggling to get my knees set early and holding them in position in the squat. Here I failed at 300 on my second set. Also note how my heels actually change position over the course of the set.

I feel like its getting better. Should continue working on this? I failed at 300x5x3 on Wed (300x4,4,1). Should I try 300 again on Monday?
