    Default Knees in the Squat

    I've been struggling to get my knees set early and holding them in position in the squat. Here I failed at 300 on my second set. Also note how my heels actually change position over the course of the set.

    Andrew Lewis' video Stopping Knee Slide in the Squat | Andrew Lewis yesterday was right on time and I was working on that this morning. It got harder as the weight got heavier, here is 225 for example

    I got up to 275x3 at normal reps.

    I feel like its getting better. Should continue working on this? I failed at 300x5x3 on Wed (300x4,4,1). Should I try 300 again on Monday?

    Got the TUBOW, should I keep moving up or rest the weight?

    Find the heaviest weight you can do correctly for 3 sets of 5, and start there.
