    I figure I’d add my 2nd DL workout with my attempts to make the adjustments Ryan Arnold recommended (toes out more, point the nipples at the wall etc)

    In the BP your elbows are angling out to the side as the descent of the bar happens, so they aren't in line for vertical forearms in the bottom. try and keep them slightly forward of the bar on the way down. DL looks solid, but remember to set your gaze before you squeeze.
