    Thanks Rip. I feel the spine of the scapula right above the "Manufactoring" text line of the shirt. Did I get the bar low enough? The bar seems to only move up the back on the reps where my back angle decreases drastically on the way up now.

    Better. Set it down a little lower, and keep your chest up on the last 3 reps.

    Default Squat 270, Bar lower on back

    I was able to get the bar lower. Is the grip still okay? I still had reps where my chest dropped a bit. I'm looking about 6 feet in front of me.

    Better, but you have to keep your chest up better on reps 3-5.
