hello, have failed DL for 2 workouts now, weight on bar is 370. When i try to break the ground, i fell like i lose all off the stifness in back. Any critique on the form is much appreciated.

It's your grip. Use an alternate grip.

This diagnosis looked almost miraculous to me, as a beginner. I zoomed in on his hands, trying to figure some tell-tale sign. How can you tell it's not a hook grip? Then I realised it wasn't his hands that made made the problem apparent - it was everything else. His form is decent, the first 3 reps go up quickly, his legs and back strong. He clearly isn't lifting to his limit. So it had to be his hands telling the rest of his body "stop, this isn't going to work". Is that right?
