A set of five would be more helpful. You're not reaching your hips forward enough or laying back enough.
Elbows should be under the bar, not this far forward of it.

this is my last single from lask workout (158 lb), does anything need to be fixed? (Il turn around next time i film, so my back is turned to wall, probably better film angle)
