    Hi all!

Hoping to get some fresh eyes on my squats. Have been following the NLP solo in my garage for a couple of months.

    Stats:

    Height: 6 foot 4 inches
    Weight: 90kg

    Squat weight: 95kg

    02.02.2022 Squats - 95kg 5x3 - YouTube

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated!

    Thanks so much.

The reps get higher as the set progresses. Other than depth, these look pretty good. More food, fewer tattoos.

Thanks for the feedback, Rip! My mind was malfunctioning with the depth on that set, but I will make sure to bury them moving forward!

Definitely doing what I can to get more food in. That’s been the hardest part at this stage!

As for the tattoos, I can’t promise not to get more.

Thank you for all that you and your crew do! The SS has been a major help in my fight against depression and being a generally skinny and weak human, and I look forward to spreading the good word to others. Really appreciate it, Rip.
