These are pretty good. Bend over a little more right away when you start the rep. Get your grip in a little and cut your depth off. You're about two inches too deep.

Thanks. This was my first SS workout after reading the book. I will start gaining weight when I can challenge the limits of my strength using safe and proper technique. If you think this form is good enough with the minor adjustments you mentioned that is exactly what I'll do.

The last 3 reps were high, and you need to gain 120 pounds of bodyweight ASAFP.
I am gaining weight. I have a question about that though. I value my athleticism and am concerned if I gain 120 lbs I will no longer be able to run the floor and dunk a basketball or spike a volleyball for example. Is it possible to balance increasing strength with goals like this or is that a waste of time? Is it all or nothing?
