Squat Check 5.4.2022
Ryan Arnold showed me the Paul Horn video about how to stretch the shoulders for a proper grip, which was hugely helpful. So hopefully I've fixed that here, but I know my bar path still sucks. I've also tried to fix the bar placement. Anyway, here's set 3 today on May the 4th:

Hey Hacienda,
It looks like you've worked on the setup of the lift. Now focus on the movement of the squat.
As you squat down, sit your hips BACK.
ALL the way down and back up keep the pressure in your feet in the middle of the shoe (Mid foot).
