    You are four inches too high now. Make sure you break at the hips and knees at the same time, your knees are leading the movement by about a half a second.

    Apologies for posting a video with such an obvious mistake and thank you all for valuable the feedback. I will fix these errors and post again when I hit 3 pl8.
