Hello, posting again after making some corrections.
Last time this forum advised me to:

    Lean forward more
Send knees out early and freeze
Cut depth off a bit higher

I have tried to implement these changes. As always your feedback is greatly appreciated.

Please buy some lifting shoes and don't post YouTube shorts. They don't have time-select.

These looks pretty solid, but with just a bit of the knee issues still. Get them out right away and freeze them.

Coach, wasn't the bar progressively rolling upwards?

It's rolling up just a little, but settling back each rep.

Haider, you'll need to keep you pecs up just a little more to get your back tight to fix that.

It seems to me Haider is holding the bar perhaps a half an inch too high. If he put it in the correct place, his center of mass would shift backwards, which would enable him to lean back more and thus probably fix the knee slide.

I believe it's in the correct location, but it can be hard to be sure without feeling it.

A good Rule Of Thumb is that if the bar rolls up, it was too high on the back.

I will try being more mindful of the bar placement the next time. Hopefully that will also help with the knee slide as pointed out by Jovan. Will post a follow up with in 24 hours.

You'll have to excuse the shoes just this once coach Andrew. I ordered a pair of Adipowers but it will be a while before I recieve them.

Kept the bar a bit lower this time and that seems to have fixed the bar riding up issue. The knees are still a bit of a challenge but will fix them with a little bit more work.

I’m no expert but they’ll likely be called ‘above horizontal’, as opposed to your first video which appeared to be below horizontal. Paddy
