    Hi there,

    Keen to hear any advice on my squat form please. I’m 3 months in. Took me a while to get the rack position sorted. Keen to know if I’m in the right place for low bar squats, and if my depth and general form are looking ok.

    BW: 83kg
    Squat: 56kg
    Press: 34kg
    Bench: 44kg
    Deadlift: 84kg

    Hi Neil,

    Set up - Try taking the hooks up one pin setting (as long as you can rack this smoothly on the return), as you unrack get your hips under the bar more, brace up with your back in flattened out into extension.

    Movement - focus on squatting deeper (check out the blue book Squat chapter to get a good look at this) and staying in your hips on the way up.
