I've been having trouble getting my back into good, hard extension. Neither 'squeeze your chest up' nor 'drop your belly between your legs' seems to be working. My hams feel like their winning the war for control of my back position. Today felt better and more secure. But I want a second look.

Also - possibly related? - I feel a little out over my toes and usually on rep 5 the bar comes off my legs at the bottom.

    Thanks.

Try focusing on squeezing every last bit of slack out of your arms, back and barbell SLOWLY(step 4). Don't rush and don't jerk the barbell. Think about pushing the floor away with your feet

Is he also unlocking his knees too soon on the descent? I think I can see the bar moving around his knees.

It think he might be a little bit on his toes and too close to the bar, isn't he?
