Hi all, I post this to form check, I know there are quite a few issues, I wonder if I can keep going up on weight or if I should take some off until I can keep the knees out and have a noticeable hip drive, thanks

Shove your knees out, they're caving in a little more than we'd like.
You're lifting your chest too early on the way out of the bottom. Stay in your hips a little longer.
I imagine that you don't have a choice in squatting so close to the wall but it's making it hard for you to keep your eyes/head in the correct position.

They look good enough to go up 5 pounds.

Hi Roy, thanks for the input, it's good to know I can still go up while I improve the technique. About the wall, I marked the spot I need to look at to keep a neutral head position at the bottom and use that. I think that should work.
I am trying to get a more noticeable hip drive and not lead with the chest up. I actually makes the squats easier, go figure.

    Thanks
