Squat stance issue.
I just realized that, when squatting, my left foot is about one and a half inches closer to my saggital mid-line than my right foot. I’m 65. Monday 250 lbs. x3x3 I have no discomfort that I trace to this. Any ideas what’s likely causing the set-up discrepancy? Is there a good way to start to fix it beyond being more attentive?
The bar does tend to tilt slightly left on me as I am squatting, but I’ve never fussed about that.
