    A few questions:
    1. Is my back angle too horizontal?

    2. Is my belt in the proper position?
Used to have my belt very tight, resulting in bruising around my abdomen and constantly sore ribs. Lowered and loosened the belt today seems to be improved

    3. Are my heels/toes in proper position?
Had quad pain around the knee several weeks ago due to not setting my knees and feet not in proper position. Got some pointers on the forums and after an excellent SSC session in Baltimore (thanks Fivex3), believe this is better

Any other pointers much appreciated, thank you

How many videos do we have to make about not raising your chest before you will stop raising your chest?
