These need work. You are starting the movement by first over extending your low back and then breaking at the hips way before you break your knees. Your gaze point needs to be more in front of your toes on the floor, not straight down. As you descend, you need to actually lean over, allow your knees to come more forward earlier and get them set, and reach back with your ass. You need to stay leaned over on the turn around.
