I've been having some elbow pain this week during my squats.
After reading Nick's article "preventing elbow pain in the squat" I'm wondering if my grip/elbow position is wrong?

Stand up straight at the start of the movement and yes fight to extend your upper chest and keep it there. This will help keep the bar in place. See your head hanging down between our shoulders in front of you? Do you have any more capacity to pull in your hands?

You're bearing down with your elbows as you start, so that's likely where it's coming from. Probably an artifact of your grip and trying to keep the bar in place actively.

These look good otherwise. Maybe knees could come a hair more forward a little sooner. Fine work.

I give up the balance of my time to the SSCs.
