Squat and Deadlift form checks?

145lbs (hopped on creatine recently so I'm assuming it's actually a little less than that because of water retention and all that jazz.)
2200 cal/day.

165 (going for 170 today.)
there was a period of about a week where I reduced the weight (from 135 to 95) because my form was way off in the beginning. still could use work, but it's better than before.
started at around the beginning of May(12th)
up from 95.
Deadlift: Deadlift 225lb Form Check- (4 reps, IK.) - YouTube
225 (re doing today to make it more... solid. if you watch the video you'll understand.)
up from 95lbs.
(there was a period where I didnt workout for at least a week.)
