Default Knees hurting slightly after squat and deadlift

I've been trying to be very deliberate about my form, and wind up reading the appropriate sections of the book or watching videos before or as I'm doing the workouts. However I can tell that I'm doing something wrong regarding my knees. It doesn't hurt immediately, or during the workout. But I believe there's some strain that will eventually cause an injury if I don't correct it.

What should I look out for? I'm going to film myself doing the exercises for a form check the day after tomorrow.

I've been doing the program as written, and I'm steadily going up in weight. However I've been slow to raise weight especially on the squat because getting the form down is taking me some time.

I'm in Nashville, and do not believe there is a starting strength gym here.

I weigh 172lb (began at 150, 6' tall). Numbers as follows for my sets of 5 reps: squat 125, press 55, bench 80, deadlift 135.

Hey, I've recorded myself doing the squat. I'm up to 135 now and theoretically the knee issues have gone away. If I can still get a form check, I'd really appreciate that.

Tell you what, on video it looks a lot easier than it feels. I thought it would look like I was struggling more.

Looks like a textbook high-bar squat, not what we coach.

I'll review what I'm doing then because I thought I was doing low bar. I have the bar beneath the bone I feel at the top of my spine, with my thumb over the bar.

I see what I'm doing wrong. I didn't realize what spine of the scapula meant. Will correct it.

    Thank you.

There's more to it than just the bar position.

Hello. I've been working on getting the form correct and have recorded another video of it. The first couple of times trying the low-bar squat, I noticed minor lower back pain.

I recently watched the video on keeping the lower back tight, and I didn't notice any such pain today. However looking at the video I think I may have arched my lower back too much, and I don't quite think I've gotten it down yet.

You're still leading up with your chest, rep 4 being the best example of this.
