    1) Bring your grip narrower until your shoulders are tight and uncomfortable (but not in pain). Your elbows are wiggling a lot which indicates you can take a narrower grip.

    2) Cut your depth off an inch. These are a little deep which is probably why your lower back is unlocking slightly at the bottom.

    Also your knees are sliding forward at the bottom.
