There are 3 sets in there. The last set is first. The other 2 are pasted so it isn't a "short".
I think I'm getting the hang of this. If you see anything please let me know. Also thanks. This weight would have snapped my bones, popped all the disc's in my back and crushed me into the ground like a bug 3 months ago.

I can feel that happening; every once in a while the weight shifts to the ball of my foot. Sometimes one foot sometimes both.
