Hey so I've been having confidence issues under the bar lately.
I squatted a set of 325x5 yesterday and it went somewhat smoothly, I think my stance was a bit wide which led to some at or just below parallel squats, but otherwise it went fine, but after that set I was completely zapped. I ended up losing confidence on the first rep of the second set and did an accidental pause squat. I rested a minute afterwards but failed the next two consecutive reps. I backed off to 285x3x5 which went fine.
I went to press but stalled on my 135x3x5 warmup for 175, and afterwards I experienced a type of systemic soreness I've never experienced before.
I've been eating 4000 cals with 300 grams of protein fairly consistently, any thoughts? I am 6'0", 290.

How long did you rest between the first and second set? It would have been nice to see your failed set too. Did you record that?
