    Default Deadlift 400x5 Question

Was the back rounding on this set of 400x5 bad enough to warrant a reset, or should I just reattempt this weight again next deadlift workout?

Everything in my back feels set hard before I pull each rep, but looks like I wasn't strong enough to keep it extended throughout the set. Wasn't sure if I'd be best served by just moving on to 405 next time or not.

    Thoughts?

    Thanks

These don't look terrible off the floor -- not perfect, but not terrible. BUT you are not finishing the pull at the top. Stand up all the way.

Got it, thanks. Should I add 5 lbs next time or repeat this weight?

Go up, 5 pounds will not keep you from standing up at the top.
