    Afternoon,

    Squats have been progressing nicely however as I ascend out of the bottom I get the feeling that I’m tipping forward and losing my balance. Am I doing anything noticeably wrong?

    Last 2 reps are high. Hips are working like they are supposed to. Have you ever actually fallen forward?
