Important question: What do you expect your back to look like in a heavy set of 5 deadlifts?
I pulled 315lbs for a set of 5 today. I took too long between reps and that made it harder than it should have been. Im confident that my stance and grip are correct because I'm still doing what I've been coached to, but I'm wondering how my back did. I can see that it's not perfect extension but how bad is it? Thank you so much for your time and patience.
