These look pretty good. It's probably a programming issue. How many days a week are you pressing?

I seem to reach a pleateau on my Press around 67/68kg, which is common, but I feel my technique can improve a lot.
Last session I did a 4+1 in my 2nd set and then 5 reps on my 3rd. I rested a couple more minutes between my 2nd and 3rd set (from 7/8' to about 10')
What are the main problems I could work on?
Thanks!

If you want the press to go up faster, you have to prioritize it.
You are still s skinny wop. Eat your steak.
Well done Francesco, we need more Press checks !, best lift in my opinion!
Rip, i know the video angle makes it hard, do you think his elbows might be angled to side a bit too much from the start position, i.e maybe there's room for him to get his forearms (front view) a bit more vertical before driving up. I'm butting in because i'm starting to coach some people (no ones paying me yet though ;-))
I think it's the angle of the video, but I've noticed that I do tend to let my elbows come down after the 1st rep, so mabye if I find a way to have them more vertical the bar path won't change as much.
Let's say I'm not consistent with good reps. Some are good, some have errors. So I just need to make them all good. I was wondering if I should try to put the pins one hole higher?
