I had progressed using NLP to a 1RM of 265, and stalled there. Self checking: i was not paying attention to my shoulders and decided i would do a reset to support better technique, and extend my progress. I am currently progressing at 5lbs per week, benching twice a week (Tuesday, Friday). Please check my form in this video: Bench Press 215x3x5

    Thank you! - Mark

Is your ass coming off the bench every rep? Might want to fix that.

You’ll want to widen your grip. Forearm should be vertical at the bottom.

It also looks to me from this bad angle like your elbows are coming in more than they should be, which means the grip is even narrower than it appears. Also looks like the bar is touching too low on the chest, which is tied into my second point.
