    Needs to be about 8-10 inches lower to be considered a "rack pull."

    Mark, judging from your deadlift, bench, press, and now this rack pull video, you really need to read the blue book. Your profile shows you're in Massachusetts. If you're anywhere near West Newton, a trip to the SS gym there would be well worth the effort. Guys there will get you fixed right up.
