1) The bar is too high on your back
2) Look down, not at the mirror.
3) Narrow your stance a little(heels at shoulder width) and shove your knees out harder
Can I get a form check on my squat? This was my 3rd set at 325x5.
I'm 6'5" 216lbs. My squat is lagging behind my bench where I hit 305x4x1 a few months ago.
