Today was a new PR (347,5lbs), but I noticed, in the 2nd and 3rd set especially, that my shins are too vertical on the way up. Am i correct? Is there anything else to fix?
(I know the 3rd set video isn't the best but I figured it could be useful to have a recording from the back)

    Squat - 158kg - 1st set - YouTube
    Squat - 158kg - 2nd set - YouTube
    Squat - 158kg - 3rd set - YouTube

If anyone knows how to avoid the short format on Youtube when uploading videos, please tell me.

The third set looks basically textbook to me.

It is an inelegant solution, but you can manually edit the URL to force the "short" to open in the regular YouTube player. Replace "shorts/" in the URL with "watch?v=". For example: Squat - 158kg - 1st set - YouTube

    Thanks, Rip.
I guess I'm so afraid to get something wrong that I make shit up.
