I am working my way back up after a laparoscopic appendectomy 2.5 weeks ago and would be grateful for a form check on my third squat set @ 235 lbs. Thank you!

Hips are leading knees. See how you're bending from the waist to start the movement? Most people bend over as they approach the bottom after breaking the knees early, if they don't lean over at all. Try cuing yourself to lead with your knees as an overcorrection. This will also help with that bit of thoracic flexion and "coming over the top" you're showing. Otherwise, very good reps.
