    Hi, I have made post to check my form on my squat and press. I am 6 weeks into the NLP. Here is my work set of 5 with 295lbs:



    I think I dropped my hips on my final rep.

    Your comments/feedback on my form would be much appreciate.

    Overall these are good. You did get a little lazy on the last rep and drop your hips. Don't release your air at the top. Breathe only at the bottom
