Coach if i want to reset for a purpose of nailing the technique, how much reset is necessary, without the effect of detraining, it seems this TUCKING is strange and new for me, i never bench with a tuck elbow always flared. I got stronger on doing the wrong thing,
I have a bit of tucking once i cue TUCK THE LATS,
Want to start over, I don’t want to get injured before i correct it, But i don’t want to DETRAIN my bench press.
