You've got some shaky arms, but these are mostly okay as far as flaring. I'd probably have you take the grip 1/4" narrower and keep the elbows tucked a little more.

You need to get your grip turn in so the bar is loading just your forearms and not bending your wrists.

Noted, i will move my grip, Sir andrew should i twist my elbow a bit inward and cue the lats, i know the lats helps to maintain the “chest up” position per blue book, but any effective cues (mental) Or any cue how can i get more tuck, , this is my problem since day 1

The forearms should be vertical at the bottom of the bench, so if you need to tuck your elbows in a little to facilitate that, do it, but I would see how the grip width affects your position before making other changes.

Also, it's just Andrew. No need for titles. I haven't been knighted yet.

Coach andrew do i need to deload about 10% more to work on the new grip and technique? And apply the new grip and technique? My best is 235 x 5 x 3, still running LP,

Why are you always wanting to lift lighter weights?

I got your point sir mark (no need to deload/reset cut back on weights) i should apply it even when it gets heavy to practice all my reps,

No. You'll be fine. Just fix the grip and width. It might make it feel easier, despite being heavier.
