    Hi, I have recently added power cleans to my program. I would appreciate any feedback.

    Age 42, 5’11’’, 222 lbs.

    Hi George,

    Setup: Set your eye gaze out further.
    Movement: Stay over the bar longer, use your legs to initiate the first part of the lift.
    You've the beginnings of an arm bend wanting to appear at the jump. Reaffirm the jump with LONG STRAIGHT arms in your warm ups and be diligent in your working weight sets.

    If you can back the camera up a few paces to see your feet that would be ideal for future videos.
