Work on getting more of an arch with your body. I like to put my hands on the side of the rack and try to force my body into the position I want it(chest up, shoulders back) when I set up before I take my grip on the bar. Get your feet back as far as you can get them without your heels coming up. Then when you are doing the set, get your lower body involved more. Push the floor away with your feet
