    Hi everyone, I would really appreciate a form check of my squat.
    Here is my 160 kg/ 353 lbs squat, last set (3rd set) of five.

    General info:
    Male, age 23, height 191 cm/ 6 feet 3 inches, bodyweight: 122 kg/ 269 lbs. Been doing Novice Linear Progression for 9 months.
    Weights used for NLP (sets of 5): Squat 353 lbs, Deadlift 408 lbs, Bench Press 300 lbs, OHP 184 lbs, Power Clean 155 lbs

    These are all high.

    Thank you for the feedback. I am guessing that by high you are referring to the depth and not to the bar position on my back.

    How astute. You must be a very bright young man.

    You're lifting your chest a little too early. Think about pushing the hips up until the rep is completed.
