    Hi all

I have been doing the NLP for 8 weeks.

I have mentioned before that at the bottom of the squat my lower back had been relaxing and I've been trying to focus on fixing that.
I did some mobility stretches for my ankles during my general warm up, and I think that seems to have helped a bit.
Some reps seem better than others, and a couple might be a bit too high.

Your feedback will be much appreciated.

BTW, I've ordered a belt. Hopefully it will arrive by next week.

Oh, and I was supposed to ask about grip. Sometimes on the last couple of reps, my hands move up and the bar is at the edge of my wrists. Obviously this is not supposed to happen. Would I be right is saying this is because my back needs to be more flat? Thus reducing the risk of the bar moving down my back?

It would be hard to get your back more flat than it is. It's your hands. Keep them where they're supposed to be.

Ok thanks Mark. I'll pay more attention to that.

If you're not already doing so, try applying chalk to your hands.
