SQ post-meniscus tear form check
Hello all,
I had a meniscus tear about 18 months ago while doing front squats with sloppy form the day after a taxing hike.
After many months of rehab I am rebuilding my squat again with a slightly closer stance and would appreciate any cues.
I think I should drop more into the hole instead of pushing the knees forward?

The knee slide doesn't worry me too much. It's hard to tell from this angle, but it looks like your knees aren't tracking out over your toes. Make sure you're consciously getting your knees out hard. If you think you are, post another set filmed from the front.
