Once again restarting my NLP because I’m an arsehole who can’t finish things. Looking for a form check to get me on my way to actually getting strong.

    Height: 6’4”
    Weight: 89kg

    All things change, eventually.

They look good. You're getting a little forward with all of them though.

Reach back with your ass on the way down, then push your hips straight up when you leave the hole. This should fix the bar path.

    Thanks for the feedback, Roy.

Any tips on how to push the hips straight up. I feel like that is what I am doing, but after reviewing more reps I am still rocking forward on the ascent.

    Appreciate the help.

    Bodyweight might be a problem.

I’ve been eating my arse off the past week, and will continue to do so. Upped protein to 250g a day.

Here is 80kg x 5. Feel like these are a little better (?).

    Thanks, Mark.

Currently hitting 3,500 calories, with the view to get up to 4,000 over the next week or two. The feeding is the hardest part!

For a skinny guy who doesn't like to eat, it always is. That's what the milk is for.
