These look fine to me except for fixing the breathing and wearing shoes
Hey!
Currently getting back into lifting after having a lot of succes with SS 10 years ago.
Was wondering if I could get some feedback on my pulls before I start adding more weight (reps felt easy enough here).
Deadlifts 225 lbs // 100 kg
What I see:
- The bar is rolling on the floor between reps. I'm failing to keep it controlled (engage lats?).
- I breathe at the top of the rep. I should hold it till the bar is down.
- I still jerk the bar at the start of the rep. I should push the floor instead.
- I need some shoes.
Anything else?
