The bar is a little forward on all the reps, off the floor. Are you thinking about pushing the middle of the feet down, or pulling the bar up?

I believe I have stopped dropping my hips and rolling the bar forward, I have greatly improved the time it takes to strap, and I have been diligently drinking my milk.
Failed 385x5 today, almost got it but something went wrong. I have never seen my knees shake like this.

I see that now. I'm failing to hold it against my legs.
I really didn't cue myself at all, which is probably the problem. After I get my chest up hard, my head is just kinda empty. I will push through the middle of my feet and drag it up my legs next time.
Thank you very much.
One of the most important things about this method is the mechanics-based cues for each lift. No other system provides this.
I understand and appreciate you taking the time to respond. Thank you for putting my head back on.
