This was from today’s workout with 120lbs. I reviewed the book a lot since my last bench workout, and paid extra special attention to my breathing, and this actually felt easier than Monday’s workout which was with 115lbs

It's hard to tell from this angle, but I suspect your grip needs to be a finger narrower on each side.
Get your shoulder blades back more and bring your feet forward (away from your head) until your shins are vertical.
Also, please don't post Youtube shorts.
