I have had 2 herniated cervical discs and cervical radiculopathy so I’m trying to go slow here and get my form right. Don’t wanna go there again. I did do 3 more reps in a second set, I felt of on my setup here so I needed to reset and go at it again. This is by far the strongest I’ve ever been after 8 weeks on a linear progression. I’m really trying to keep my chin tucked and look down. Is it too much? Anyhow, can anyone give me advice from this video on how to better my form? Thanks.

The deadlifts look fine, but your stupidass shoes are causing problems. Watch your feet.

Jesus, I hadn’t noticed that before. Alright, I’ll go buy some lifting shoes. Thanks Rip.

I agree with Rip. Those are the worst shoes for deadlifts.

Try some weightlifting shoes for deadflifts.

I'll tell you: You won't want to wear other shoes, trust me.

OK, thanks. I’ll get some soon.
