    Hello,

    6 ft 2, 295 lbs.
    Worked on my squat to get in the right position with the right timing. Would like some feedback. 330 lbs 3rd set of five.

    Lean over right away, not when you’re at the bottom.

    And don't raise your head to look in the mirror. Fix your eyes on one spot on the floor 5 to 7 feet in front of you and leave them there.
