Squat depth and rack pin heights
I believe I had been squatting too low. I adjusted my lower safety pin up a couple notches to where it sits just below the widest portion of my hips. (The top pin sits just below my jugular notch). Does this sound accurate to get the correct range of motion?

It just needs to be set a few inches lower than where the bar is when you are at the bottom. Just test it with the empty bar in warmups by looking to the side at the bottom. Then take videos during weighted sets and make sure you have a few inches clearance
