    Henry, to address what Rip has made reference to a couple times, a few tips:

    1) (Mentally) try to shove your biceps, or even your shoulders into your ears at the top for the squeeze.

    2) It looks like you might be wide on your grip - narrower may help.

    You are not squeezing your armpits/squeezing your biceps so that your triceps squeeze against your ribs through the bounce. I've been wondering why your bar bounce is so deep, the bar starts at the right place in the rack but dips too low because you aren't squeezing your elbows against your lats and staying tight through the bounce.

    If you stay tight through the hip bounce you probably would not have to have such a big lay back at this weight.

    I take my last comment back. You never got a good rack position to start with....squeeze your elbows in front of the bar and hold them on your ribs through the bounce.
