Depth on these is good. Notice how the squat slowed down as you raised your head towards the end of the set. This is a precursor to raising your chest, and will kill your bar speed. Keep your chin down and stay in your hips.

This is 122.5kg, then last “drop set” at 112.5 (wasn’t sure which was more useful).
Posted a while ago to ask about “hip shift,” general feeling was that it wasn’t bad enough to worry about so built back up to this weight again. Any advice appreciated.
