Bench press & deadlift form check
Hi,
Could you watch 2 videos of me doing bench press and deadlift and tell me what's wrong with my technique?(I think generally everything is wrong). I also experience specific problems with these 2 exercises. In the case of bench press, every time I do this exercise, I feel pain in my left shoulder at the lowest point of the bench press. My lower back hurts after deadlifting. What specific mistakes in my technique are causing these pains?
